As GDI’s very first guest blogger, we are thrilled to introduce Dale Chase. Dale is a NYC musician and techie who each week produces a remix of the tech news of the week. It is definitely the MOST fun you have ever had catching up on tech news.

We asked Dale to tell us why he loves women who code, and here is what he said:

“Let me tell you why the developer girl is so awesome. Not only does she share an enthusiasm for something so intrinsically geeky, coding. She excels at it. Coding involves creativity and cleverness. My approach to the art of programming is more jigsaw puzzle, popping in a piece or two before bedtime. She whips up a Cezanne on a whim. With so much of programming being about problem solving, that sort of skill denotes a cleverness that I find admirable.”
